We’re thrilled to offer Dandelion Chocolate’s lively and distinctive Mission Hot Chocolate. On their café menus, they describe it as “foamy, spiced, and spicy,” which might sound funny at first but perfectly captures its flavor. This mix blends their bright and fruity 70% Ambanja, Madagascar chocolate with comforting cinnamon and allspice for a warm, spiced base, along with just a touch of cayenne pepper and pasilla chile for a subtle, satisfying kick.
Whether you prefer dairy milk or a plant-based alternative, this hot chocolate stirs up rich and creamy drinks with a bit of zip, perfect for dunking your favorite cookies. You can also add coffee or espresso for a spiced mocha, or blend it with ice for a refreshing treat. And of course, we always recommend finishing it off with marshmallows.
Each bottle makes four servings and comes in a beautifully designed corked glass bottle created by industrial designer Remy Labesque in collaboration with Dandelion Chocolate. Beyond holding your next batch of hot chocolate, the bottle makes a beautiful and functional piece to keep and reuse.
