• We offer return and/or exchange within the first 30 days of receiving your order.
• All returned products must be in their original packaging and in original condition.
• Customers will assume the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds for returns will be processed once we receive the item.
• When shipping a return we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Soleil is not responsible for returns lost or missing in transit.
