Shipping policy

 

  • We aim to ship all orders out within 3 business days.
  • The shipping time estimated at checkout is the transit time once an order is shipped. It does not include the time it takes to get an order prepared for shipping. 
  • if you need an order by a specific date please email us at info@soleilmaine.com and we can guide you on which delivery method to choose. 
  • Our standard delivery method is USPS or UPS.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free domestic shipping is available for orders of $200+
  • Soleil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the mail carrier. Please contact your local mail carrier if there is a problem with your delivery.
  • We currently ship internationally to 15 countries.
